Voor een internationale speler actief in consumentengoederen zijn wij op zoek naar een veelzijdige HR & Sales Assistant (m/v/x).

Je komt terecht in een stabiele organisatie met sterke merken, een collegiale werksfeer en een lokale, hechte kantooromgeving. In deze functie combineer je HR-administratie, payrollsupport en salesondersteuning binnen een afwisselende en verantwoordelijke rol.

Jouw rol & takenpakket

HR-administratie & payroll

  • Beheer van tijdsregistraties, afwezigheden en personeelsgegevens.
  • Voorbereiden en verwerken van loonadministratie in samenwerking met het sociaal secretariaat.
  • Opvolgen van hospitalisatie- en groepsverzekeringen, arbeidsongevallen en andere extralegale voordelen.
  • Administratief beheer van bedrijfswagens en het cafetariaplan.
  • Behandelen van documenten voor mutualiteiten, RVA en andere instanties.
  • Meewerken aan HR-projecten en procesverbeteringen.

Sales support & orderverwerking

  • Verwerken van bestellingen via EDI, SAP, e-mail en telefoon.
  • Ondersteunen van enkele grote klanten en key accounts.
  • Beheer van klant- en artikelgegevens in SAP.
  • Opvolgen van transporten en leveringen met logistieke partners.
  • Opstellen van offertes, rapportages en omzetoverzichten.
  • Fungeren als back-up binnen het sales support team.

Office support

  • Contact onderhouden met externe leveranciers en facilitaire partners.
  • Beheer van kantoor- en verbruiksmaterialen.

Jouw profiel

  • Je hebt sterke ervaring binnen HR-administratie, payroll en/of sales support.
  • Je beschikt over een goede kennis van Belgische sociale wetgeving en payrollprocessen.
  • Ervaring met SAP is een troef.
  • Kennis van payroll- en tijdsregistratiesystemen is een plus.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en hebt een goede kennis van Frans en Engels.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, discreet en gestructureerd.
  • Je bent zelfstandig, oplossingsgericht en sterk in het stellen van prioriteiten.
