Jobomschrijving

Als HR & sales consultant ben je verantwoordelijk voor het uitbouwen van je eigen markt en klantenportefeuille. Je begrijpt de behoeften van organisaties, detecteert opportuniteiten en begeleidt kandidaten naar de juiste carrièrestap.Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

  • Actief prospecteren en uitbouwen van nieuwe klantenrelaties.
  • Beheren en verder ontwikkelen van bestaande accounts.
  • Adviseren van klanten over hun aanwervingsbehoeften en markttrends.
  • Identificeren, screenen en interviewen van potentiële kandidaten.
  • Coachen en begeleiden van kandidaten gedurende het volledige selectieproces.
  • Onderhandelen van arbeidsvoorwaarden en afsluiten van succesvolle plaatsingen.
  • Opbouwen van een sterk netwerk binnen jouw gespecialiseerde markt.
  • Fungeren als sparringpartner voor klanten en kandidaten.
  • Behalen van individuele en teamdoelstellingen binnen een dynamische commerciële omgeving.

Wij zoeken iemand die mensen kan verbinden, kansen ziet waar anderen obstakels zien en die energie haalt uit het behalen van resultaten.Jouw profiel

  • Bachelor- of masterdiploma of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Een eerste ervaring binnen sales, consultancy, klantbeheer of recruitment is een plus.
  • Sterke commerciële drive en resultaatgerichtheid.
  • Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden en overtuigingskracht.
  • Relationeel sterk en in staat om duurzame partnerships op te bouwen.
  • Ondernemend, proactief en zelfsturend.
  • Veerkrachtig en gemotiveerd door uitdagingen.
  • Vlotte kennis van het Nederlands en een goede beheersing van het Engels.
