The posting

Je rapporteert aan de HR Director en zorgt ervoor dat payroll en HR-administratieprocessen vlot, correct en uniform verlopen in heel België. Tegelijk werk je aan de verdere digitalisering en optimalisatie van de HR-processen.

  • Aansturing en ontwikkeling van het HR Operations-team: aansturing van de payroll managers, die lokaal de HR officers aansturen
  • Zorgen voor een efficiënte werkverdeling
  • Coaching van het team in hun ontwikkeling
  • Sturing op samenwerking, kennisdeling en een cultuur van continue verbetering
  • Toezien op een correcte en efficiëntie payroll en HR-administratie
  • Beheer van complexe dossiers en fungeren als aanspreekpunt bij problemen
  • Aanbrengen van structuur en uniformiteit, waarbij je duidelijke HR-processen ontwikkelt en implementeert over de verschillende locaties in België heen
  • Toezien op een correcte naleving van sociale wetgeving en interne richtlijnen
  • Harmonisatie van payroll- en HR-processen, opzetten van KPI's en opvolgingstools
  • Begeleiding van digitaliserings- en automatiseringsprojecten, in samenwerking met IT
  • Actieve bijdrage/leiding nemen bij verbeterprojecten rond payroll en hard HR
  • Bachelor- of masterdiploma, aangevuld met een ruime ervaring (> 7 jaar) in payroll en HR-administratie (arbeiders en bedienden)
  • Goede kennis sociale wetgeving
  • Leidinggevende ervaring (groot team, deels op afstand)
  • Ervaring in het leiden van verandering/automatisatieprojecten
  • Nederlandstalig met een goede kennis van het Frans
  • Communicatief (open en directe communicatie)
  • Sterke helicopterview
  • Initiatiefnemer die oplossingsgericht meedenkt en handelt
