Bij Breijer krijg je de ruimte om vragen op te lossen én onze HR-dienstverlening verder te verbeteren. Wat ga je doen? Als HR Services Medewerker bij Breijer in Rotterdam ben je een belangrijk aanspreekpunt voor medewerkers en leidinggevenden. Je zorgt dat de HR-administratie klopt, vragen snel op de juiste plek terechtkomen en collega's op een professionele en praktische manier worden geholpen. Je krijgt daarbij ruimte om verder te kijken dan de dagelijkse administratie. Met jouw kennis van AFAS signaleer je verbeterkansen, optimaliseer je workflows en denk je mee over verdere automatisering. Je werkt nauw samen met collega's binnen HR en schakelt met HR-adviseurs en HR Business Partners wanneer een vraag meer inhoudelijke expertise nodig heeft. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: - verwerken en controleren van personeelsmutaties in AFAS; - opstellen en beheren van arbeidsovereenkomsten, stagecontracten en HR-correspondentie rondom in-, door- en uitstroom; - beheren van personeelsgegevens en digitale personeelsdossiers en ondersteunen bij HR-rapportages; -...
