Over de functie Binnen onze afdeling Payroll Services ben je gespecialiseerd in het tijdelijk payrollen van kennismigranten. Onze cliënten zijn nationale en internationale ondernemingen die (tijdelijk) hoogopgeleide medewerkers van buiten de EU in Nederland inzetten. Wij bieden deze medewerkers een tijdelijk arbeidscontract en verzorgen de volledige payroll- en HR-administratie. Jij bent gedurende het hele proces een belangrijke schakel. Je begeleidt medewerkers vanaf hun eerste werkdag tot het einde van hun dienstverband, onderhoudt contact met cliënten en immigratieadvocaten en zorgt ervoor dat alle processen zorgvuldig én tijdig verlopen. Je werkt in een dynamische omgeving waarin prioriteiten soms snel kunnen veranderen en ad-hocvragen van cliënten of collega's regelmatig voorkomen. Dat vraagt om flexibiliteit, een proactieve houding en het vermogen om snel te schakelen zonder de kwaliteit uit het oog te verliezen. Je hoeft bij de start zeker nog niet alle inhoudelijke kennis in huis te hebben. Veel van de specifieke kennis over payroll, arbeidsrecht en onze internationale dienstverlening maak je je in de praktijk eigen. Wij zorgen ervoor dat je hierin goed wordt begeleid.
