Een goede werk- en privé balans vindt men hier heel belangrijk. Functieomschrijving Als HR Specialist ben je samen met het HR-team verantwoordelijk voor een breed en afwisselend HR-pakket. Geen dag is hetzelfde: de ene dag houd je je bezig met de administratie, de volgende dag duik je in verschillende verzuimdossiers en ondertussen ben je bezig met de doorontwikkeling van het AFAS-systeem. - Je verzorgt en controleert de personeelsadministratie en HR-mutaties en zorgt dat gegevens tijdig en correct worden verwerkt - Je ondersteunt het externe salarisbureau en de Finance afdeling bij de salarisverwerking en levert personeels- en salarismutaties zorgvuldig aan - Je stelt overzichten en mutaties op voor onder andere collectieve salariswijzigingen, winstdeling en andere HR-gerelateerde wijzigingen - Je bent medeverantwoordelijk voor het beheer, de inrichting en verdere ontwikkeling van AFAS.
