Dit ga je doen Als HR Specialist ben je verantwoordelijk voor de HR-administratie en ondersteun je bij uiteenlopende werkzaamheden en projecten. Geen dag is hetzelfde. - Het beheren van onze HR-administratie; - Het opstellen van arbeidsovereenkomsten, brieven en andere HR-documenten; - Het ondersteunen bij verzuimtrajecten en verwerken van ziekmeldingen; - Het coördineren van onboardingsactiviteiten; - Het ondersteunen van recruitmentactiviteiten; - Het beantwoorden van HR-vragen van medewerkers en leidinggevenden; - Het uitvoeren van verbeteringen die je ziet binnen de organisatie; - Het meedenken over opleidingen, ontwikkeling en talentmanagement.
