Je werkt nauw samen met het managementteam en levert een belangrijke bijdrage aan zowel de dagelijkse HR-activiteiten als de verdere ontwikkeling van het personeelsbeleid. Je adviseert en ondersteunt leidinggevenden bij uiteenlopende vraagstukken op het gebied van personeel, organisatie en ontwikkeling. Daarnaast zorg je ervoor dat het HR-beleid op een effectieve en consistente manier wordt uitgevoerd. Dankzij jouw zichtbaarheid en toegankelijke aanpak weet je gemakkelijk verbinding te creëren tussen medewerkers, leidinggevenden en verschillende afdelingen binnen de organisatie. Daarbij sla je op natuurlijke wijze de brug tussen collega's in de productieomgeving en medewerkers op kantoor. Jouw werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Het adviseren van managers over personeelszaken, arbeidsrecht en organisatorische vraagstukken; - Het begeleiden van verzuimdossiers en het ondersteunen bij complexe HR-casuïstiek; - Het begeleiden van medewerkers gedurende de volledige employee journey, van werving en introductie tot uitdiensttreding; - Het aansturen, optimaliseren en bewaken van HR-processen; - Samenwerken met externe partners op het gebied van verzuim, arbeidsvoorwaarden en salarisadministratie; - Het opstellen en analyseren van HR-rapportages; - Het signaleren van verbetermogelijkheden en implementeren van efficiëntere werkwijzen; - Het bijdragen aan HR-projecten, organisatieontwikkelingen en veranderprocessen; - Het ondersteunen van de directie bij overlegmomenten en gesprekken met de Ondernemingsraad.
