Hoe jouw werkzaamheden eruit gaan zien:

In deze rol als HR specialist ben je verantwoordelijk voor de locaties in Utrecht en in Zele, België.

- Deelnemen aan sollicitatiegesprekken, samenwerken met het talentacquisitieteam en HRBP om aanbiedingen te bepalen, en het genereren van arbeidsovereenkomsten en aanbiedingsbrieven; - Coördineren van het onboardingproces voor nieuwe medewerkers en het exitproces, inclusief het opstellen van exitdocumenten en certificaten; - Assisteren bij het opbouwen van het recent afgestudeerden- en stagiairprogramma van onze klant in samenwerking met het University Relations Team en EMEA HRBPs door middel van werving bij lokale universiteiten; - Deelnemen aan verschillende HR-projecten en initiatieven, waaronder standaardisatie en continue verbetering van processen; - Ondersteuning en partnerschap bieden aan de Utrecht Works Council voor voortdurende verbetering van medewerkersbetrokkenheid en -behoud;

Verder ben je verantwoordelijk voor een stuk Payroll:

- Maandelijkse salarisbetalingen en validaties in samenwerking met het financiële team en externe salarisverwerker voor de locaties in Utrecht en Zele; - Samenwerken met Payroll om lokale medewerkers te ondersteunen bij het beheer van PTO (Paid Time Off) en verlofregistratie en periodieke rapportagebehoeften; - Ondersteunen bij interne en externe audits.

Verantwoordelijkheden HR Shared Service Transactional:

- Ondersteuning bieden bij basis analytische verzoeken die mogelijk het bijhouden en ophalen van gegevens, het maken van draaitabellen, gegeven
