Wij hebben ruimte voor een enthousiaste meewerk stagiair op onze HR-afdeling. Wat ga je doen als HR-stagiair? Onze HR-afdeling, gevestigd op het Servicekantoor in Heerenveen, speelt een belangrijke rol binnen onze organisatie. Samen met drie andere collega's ben je verantwoordelijk voor alle HR-gerelateerde zaken en de salarisadministratie van ongeveer 350 medewerkers in Nederland en België. Wat deze stage zo uniek maakt? Geen dag is hetzelfde, en nee, dit is geen cliché! Je krijgt de kans om kennis te maken met diverse HR-gebieden en -processen en ontdekt zo waar jouw talenten en interesses liggen. Van werving & selectie tot onboarding, van personeelsadministratie tot de ontwikkeling van medewerkers: alle facetten van het HR-vak komen aan bod. Je ondersteunt bij uiteenlopende HR-activiteiten, draagt bij aan een prettige medewerkersbeleving en helpt mee met het organiseren van interne activiteiten, waarderingsmomenten en attenties voor collega's. Daarnaast krijg je volop ruimte om mee te denken over verbeteringen binnen HR en om je eigen ideeën in de praktijk te brengen. Als leuke afsluiting van het jaar lever je bovendien een bijdrage aan de organisatie van onze jaarlijkse kerstbrunch, een evenement waar collega's ieder jaar weer naar uitkijken. Samen met je HR-collega's pak jij uiteenlopende taken op, zoals: - Het eerste aanspreekpunt zijn voor collega's met vragen of ideeën. - Beheren van de werving & selectie, van vacature tot kennismakingsgesprek. - Beheren van personeelsadministratie en contracten. - Actief meedenken en meewerken aan diverse HR-projecten zoals onboarding, verzuim, vitaliteit, opleiding & ontwikkeling etc. Je krijgt de kans om in ...
