Als stagiair binnen de HR-afdeling van Sterk Huis zet jij je in voor alle collega's binnen onze organisatie, zodat zij zichzelf optimaal kunnen inzetten voor onze cliënten. Dit zijn kinderen, gezinnen, vrouwen en mannen die zich in een kwetsbare of onveilige situatie bevinden of hebben bevonden.Tijdens deze meewerkstage krijg je de kans om kennis te maken met alle facetten van het HR-vak. Je werkt mee aan de dagelijkse HR-werkzaamheden en kijkt mee met verschillende collega's binnen het team. Zo ontdek je hoe HR bijdraagt aan een goed georganiseerde en aantrekkelijke werkomgeving en krijg je een compleet beeld van het werk binnen een maatschappelijke organisatie.De stage start in februari 2027. De exacte startdatum bepalen we in overleg. Hoe doe je dat ? Jij wordt onderdeel van de HR-afdeling. Het team bestaat uit twee HR-medewerkers, drie HR-adviseurs, een adviseur Duurzame Inzetbaarheid, een functioneel HR-applicatiebeheerder en een HR-manager.Tijdens jouw stage krijg je de kans om de theorie in de praktijk toe te passen en veel te leren.
