Als HR-stagiair werk je samen met een team van enthousiaste HR collega's. Je krijgt bij ons de gelegenheid om mee te werken aan diverse HR-projecten met de focus op het vinden en binden van (nieuw) talent. We moedigen je aan om initiatieven te nemen en proactief mee te denken over het verbeteren van onze HR-processen, in lijn met het jaarplan. Dit biedt jou de mogelijkheid om waardevolle inzichten op te doen in het HR-veld en je te ontwikkelen tot een HR-professional. Wat verwachten we van jou? - Je bent op zoek naar een meewerkstage en volgt een relevante studie die past bij deze stage (HBO HRM/Management). - Je bent leergierig, proactief en initiatiefrijk. - Je beschikt over goede communicatieve vaardigheden en deinst niet terug bij het bellen van sollicitanten. - Je bent een teamplayer, kan zelfstandig werken en je hebt vooral veel zin om je geleerde kennis toe te passen in de praktijk!
