Ben jij nieuwsgierig naar wat medewerkers drijft en hoe je dat vertaalt naar concreet HR-beleid? En wil je niet alleen onderzoeken, maar ook daadwerkelijk verbeteren? Dan is dit geen stage waar je koffie haalt, maar waar je verschil maakt en jij onze nieuwe HR Stagiair(e) bent bij Tribus! JOUW ROL Tijdens deze stage krijg je een opdracht met échte impact: jij gaat het medewerkers tevredenheidsonderzoek (MTO) binnen Tribus opzetten, uitvoeren én vertalen naar concrete verbeteringen. Geen papieren exercitie dus, maar een opdracht waarbij jouw inzichten direct bijdragen aan hoe wij werken, samenwerken en groeien. Je leert onze organisatie van binnenuit kennen, van de werkvloer tot kantoor, en krijgt de ruimte om zelfstandig aan de slag te gaan, met begeleiding van HR. WAT GA JE DOEN Je start met het leren kennen van Tribus: wie werken hier, wat doen ze en wat speelt er op de werkvloer? Vanuit daar bouw je stap voor stap jouw onderzoek op. Je verdiept je in thema's zoals werkdruk, samenwerking, veiligheid en ontwikkeling, en vertaalt dit naar een begrijpelijke en laagdrempelige vragenlijst die past bij onze doelgroep. Vervolgens zet je het onderzoek uit binnen de organisatie. Je zorgt dat medewerkers goed begrijpen waarom we dit doen en waarborgt anonimiteit, zodat iedereen zich vrij voelt om eerlijk te antwoorden. Na de uitvoering duik je in de resultaten. Je analyseert wat goed gaat, bijvoorbeeld teamgevoel en vakmanschap, maar signaleert ook waar kansen liggen zoals communicatie, planning of doorgroeimogelijkheden.
