Je hebt zekerheid, goede kansen om door te groeien en werkt met een fijn team. Wat doe je - Het ontvangen van bezoekers, aannemen van telefoongesprekken en beheren van de receptie; - Het voorbereiden van arbeidsovereenkomsten en contractverlengingen en het opstellen van diverse HR-correspondentie; - Het verwerken van personeelsmutaties en beheren van personeelsdossiers in Cobra; - Het ondersteunen van verzuimprocessen en het registreren van verzuimmeldingen; - Het plaatsen van vacatures en ondersteunen bij werving en selectie; - Het organiseren van de onboarding van nieuwe collega's; - Het plannen van sollicitatie- en andere HR-gerelateerde gesprekken; - Het ondersteunen van de HR Manager bij uiteenlopende werkzaamheden en HR-projecten.
