Strikt noodzakelijk HR · MTD HQ HR Support Officer Kom ons helpen met een correcte personeelsadministratie. Ook ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt voor medewerkers en managers, je behandelt vragen, lost problemen op en adviseert. Reageer op deze vacature Binnen MTD ben je in de rol van HR Support Officer lid van ons HR-team op het hoofdkantoor in Tilburg. Op dit moment bestaat het HR-team uit een HR Director, een HR Business Partner, een collega HR Support Officer en een Corporate Recruiter. Als ervaren HR-Support Officer ben je werkzaam voor zowel de binnen- als buitenlandse vestigingen. Je houdt je bezig met alle dagelijkse werkzaamheden, zoals eerstelijnsvraagstukken, HR-mailbox, mutaties in salaris en personeelsdossiers en in-, door-, en uitstroom. Je bent medeverantwoordelijk voor een correcte personeelsadministratie. Ook ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt voor medewerkers en managers, je behandelt vragen en adviseert hen hierin. Je draait je hand niet om voor officemanagement taken, zoals wagenparkbeheer. - Het verwerken van personeels- en salarismutaties en het bijhouden van de personeelsdossiers - Administratieve werkzaamheden uit op het gebied van in-, door- en uitstroom (zoals het opstellen van arbeidsovereenkomsten, bevestigingsbrieven, e.d.) - Je ondersteunt en faciliteert bij de onboarding van nieuwe medewerkers - Je registreert ziek- en betermeldingen - Je neemt deel aan (verbeter)projecten - Je beheert het MTD-wagenpark Wat maakt jou de geschikte kandidaat - Je beschikt over MBO+ werk- en denkniveau - Je hebt een relevante opleiding en ruime ervaring in personeelsadministratie - Je werkt secuur, creëert overzicht en structuur en verliest zaken niet uit het oog - Je beheerst de Nederlandse en Engelse taal op zakelijk niveau - Je bent in staat om prioriteiten te bepalen, bent flexibel en autonoom en je vindt het leuk om samen met het team resultaten te halen Wat krijg je van ons? - Een salaris dat aansluit...
