Jobomschrijving

Wat doe je precies als ... HR Support Officer Als HR Support Officer neem je een belangrijke rol op in de administratieve ondersteuning van HR-processen voor onze klanten. Samen met je collega's zorg je ervoor dat dossiers correct, volledig en tijdig worden verwerkt.

  • Verwerk HR-gerelateerde dossiers rond onder meer economische werkloosheid, Vlaams Opleidingsverlof, tijdskrediet en woon-werkverkeer volgens de geldende regelgeving.
  • Waak over de kwaliteit en nauwkeurigheid van de administratie zodat fouten, vertragingen en mogelijke financiële gevolgen worden vermeden.
  • Bouw expertise op in procedures en wetgeving en past deze correct toe in dagelijkse dossiers.
  • Denk actief mee na over optimalisaties, efficiëntiewinsten en verbeteringen van bestaande processen.
  • Werk nauw samen met collega's, ondersteunt het team waar nodig en draagt bij aan een vlotte dienstverlening voor onze klanten en de overheid.

  • Je behaalde een bachelordiploma.
  • Je krijgt energie van administratief en nauwkeurig werk.
  • Voelt je thuis in een omgeving waar cijfers, procedures en regelgeving een belangrijke rol spelen. Ervaring in payroll, boekhouding of een administratieve functie is daarbij een mooie troef.
  • Je leert graag bij en vindt het interessant om je te verdiepen in nieuwe processen en sociale wetgeving.
  • Je werkt graag samen met collega’s en je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands, Frans en Engels.
