Onze klant is een belangrijke speler in de detailhandel, gespecialiseerd in huis, tuin en interieur.

In het kader van de uitbreiding van de HR-afdeling zijn we op zoek naar een tweetalige (FR/NL) HR Talent Officer om de wervings- en inwerkactiviteiten op de verschillende vestigingen van onze klant te ondersteunen.

Uw taken :

Als echte expert(e) op het gebied van werving speelt u een sleutelrol bij het aantrekken, selecteren en inwerken van talent bij onze klant. U begeleidt het wervingsproces van A tot Z en draagt actief bij aan de groei van de teams.

Uw taken :

  • In samenwerking met de managers aantrekkelijke vacatures opstellen en publiceren ;
  • Voor elke wervingsbehoefte passende wervingsstrategieën uitstippelen en uitvoeren ;
  • De beste talenten identificeren, benaderen en aantrekken via verschillende kanalen en platforms ;
  • Een pool van gekwalificeerde kandidaten opbouwen en onderhouden ;
  • Een netwerk van externe partners opzetten en onderhouden: scholen, opleidingsinstellingen, banenbeurzen, gespecialiseerde bureaus, enz. ;
  • De administratieve afhandeling van wervingsactiviteiten en vacatureadvertenties verzorgen ;
  • Sollicitaties beoordelen, telefonische screenings uitvoeren en sollicitatiegesprekken organiseren ;
  • Kandidaten gedurende het hele selectieproces begeleiden en zorgen voor een hoogwaardige kandidaatervaring ;
  • Managers adviseren en hen op de hoogte houden van de voortgang van de wervingsprocedures ;
  • Actief bijdragen aan de integratie van nieuwe medewerkers en toezicht houden op hun onboarding ;
  • De eerste beoordelingen van nieuwe medewerkers organiseren en opvolgen ;
  • Regelmatig tussen de verschillende vestigingen reizen om dicht bij de praktijk en de teams te blijven.

Uw profiel :

  • U hebt een bachelor- of masterdiploma ;
  • U hebt een eerste succesvolle ervaring op het gebied van werving en selectie ;
  • U bent perfect tweetalig Frans-Nederlands ;
  • U kunt zowel de vaardigheden als het potentieel van kandidaten goed inschatten ;
  • U beschikt over uitstekende organisatorische en planningsvaardigheden ;
  • Je werkt nauwgezet, gestructureerd en zelfstandig ;
  • Je beschikt over sterke interpersoonlijke vaardigheden en communiceert vlot met verschillende gesprekspartners ;
  • Je bent resultaatgericht en hebt een echte talentjagermentaliteit ;
  • Je bent creatief, proactief en gaat graag uitdagingen aan.
