Voor een groeiende retailorganisatie met meerdere vestigingen zijn we op zoek naar een HR Talent Partner. Vanuit de hoofdvestiging krijg je een brede verantwoordelijkheid binnen rekrutering, selectie en onboarding.

Als HR Talent Partner neem je het volledige rekruteringsproces van A tot Z in handen. Je bent de schakel tussen kandidaten, hiring managers en externe partners.

  • Vacatures uitschrijven en afstemmen met de hiring manager.
  • Per vacature een gerichte rekruteringsaanpak uitwerken en verschillende kanalen inzetten.
  • Actief kandidaten zoeken via jobplatformen en zo een sterke talentpool uitbouwen.
  • Cv's screenen, kandidaten contacteren en eerste gesprekken organiseren.
  • Kandidaten begeleiden en als ambassadeur de organisatie enthousiast voorstellen.
  • Vacatures administratief beheren en publiceren.
  • Contacten uitbouwen met externe partners, scholen en jobbeurzen.
  • Hiring managers op de hoogte houden van de voortgang.
  • Nieuwe medewerkers begeleiden tijdens hun onboarding en eerste evaluaties opvolgen.
  • Regelmatig ondersteuning bieden aan de andere vestigingen en activiteiten van de organisatie.

Een Bachelor- of Masterprofiel met een eerste ervaring binnen rekrutering en selectie. Ervaring met verschillende profielen en niveaus is een plus.

Daarnaast breng je mee:

  • Vlotte communicatie in Nederlands en Frans.
  • Een goed inzicht in mensen, ervaring en potentieel.
  • Een georganiseerde en analytische aanpak.
  • Zelfstandigheid, betrouwbaarheid en nauwkeurigheid.
  • Flexibiliteit en een sterke focus op resultaten.
