Jouw werkgebied wordt niet bepaald door de specifieke module waarvoor je verantwoordelijk bent, maar door het vraagstuk dat moet worden opgelost. Wij geloven dat dit een omgeving creëert waarin je je expertise kunt verbreden, zichtbaar impact kunt maken en je eigen rol kunt vormgeven naarmate ons technologielandschap zich verder ontwikkelt. DE POSITIE Deze functie is bewust breed opgezet. In plaats van verantwoordelijk te zijn voor één specifieke Workday-module, werk je binnen verschillende onderdelen van Workday, gekoppelde applicaties en HR-processen. Je kunt bijdragen aan een project, verbeterinitiatieven opzetten, een complex systeem- of procesvraagstuk oplossen of helpen bij de realisatie van één van de vele onderdelen van onze meerjarige HR-technologie roadmap. We hebben een duidelijke roadmap en een sterke ambitie om continu te verbeteren. Jouw focus ligt op het verbeteren van de functionele configuratie, integratie en gebruikerservaring tussen Workday en onze Talent Acquisition systemen (Avature en Nétive.
