Wij zijn een professioneel en warm horecabedrijf dat het hele jaar door actief is met dagelijkse lunchservice, rouwmaaltijden, bedrijfsevents en in de zomer een uitgesproken zomerse vakantiesfeer met extra activiteiten en drukte. Met een sterk team van vaste medewerkers en een grote studentenploeg in het hoogseizoen zoeken we een ervaren personeelsverantwoordelijke die structuur, overzicht en rust brengt in onze personeelsorganisatie.

Jobomschrijving

Als Personeelsverantwoordelijke ben jij het centrale aanspreekpunt voor personeelsadministratie, planning en studentenbeheer. Je zorgt voor een vlotte en efficiënte organisatie van het volledige personeelsgebeuren en werkt nauw samen met het managementteam van het bedrijf.

Takenpakket 1. Personeelsadministratie

Uren van vaste medewerkers en studenten verzamelen, controleren en doorgeven

Verlofaanvragen opvolgen

Administratie in samenwerking met het sociaal secretariaat (contracten, documenten, registraties)

Algemene HR-administratie: correct, discreet en nauwkeurig

2. Planning & Organisatie

Opstellen en beheren van uurroosters voor 7 vaste medewerkers en een ruime studentenpoule

Bijsturen van planningen bij last-minute wijzigingen, piekmomenten en events

Balans zoeken tussen operationele noden en haalbaarheid voor het team

Vooruitdenken tijdens drukke periodes zoals weekends, events en zomeractiviteiten

3. Studentenbeheer & Rekrutering

Aanvullen en opvolgen van de studentenpoule

Beschikbaarheden verzamelen en verwerken

Korte screenings en praktische opvolging van nieuwe studenten

Afstemmen met het team over noden en beschikbaarheden

4. Algemene Ondersteuning

Contact met leveranciers (energie, afval, Veolia, prijsvragen…)

Prijsaanvragen opvragen, vergelijken en doorgeven

Algemene administratieve ondersteuning in het dagelijks reilen en zeilen

Kleine office-taken, telefonische afspraken maken, zaken opvragen enz.

-Administratief zeer nauwkeurig

-Stressbestendig en flexibel binnen een horecadynamiek - Discreet, communicatief vlot en betrokken
