Bedrijf: Van Iperen Aantal uur: 32-40 uur Locatie: Westmaas Wij zijn een groeiend handelsbedrijf met meerdere productiebedrijven binnen onze holding. Het totale personeelsbestand van dit familiebedrijf omvat op dit moment een kleine 500 medewerkers. Onze teams breiden zich uit, en daarom zoeken we een HR Werving & Selectie Specialist die ons helpt om de best passende nieuwe collega's te vinden voor al onze zusterbedrijven. Als HR Werving & Selectie Specialist zorg jij ervoor dat de juiste mensen op de juiste plek komen. Je krijgt een afwisselende baan waarin je veel contact hebt met zowel kandidaten als collega's binnen onze verschillende bedrijven. Je bent onderdeel van het HR team met 8 fijne collega's en Renate (HR Manager) is jouw direct leidinggevende. Werkzaamheden - Je voert intakegesprekken met vacaturehouders en begrijpt precies wat zij zoeken - Je stelt wervende vacatureteksten op en verspreidt deze via diverse kanalen - Je zoekt actief naar talent o.a. via LinkedIn, jobboards en jouw eigen netwerk - Je voert sollicitatiegesprekken en beoordeelt kandidaten op vaardigheden én cultuurfit - Je coördineert en optimaliseert het Wervingsproces en wordt daarbij administratief ondersteund - Je ontwikkelt samen met marketing een Employer Branding strategie voor de diverse bedrijven - Je begeleidt kandidaten door het hele Werving & Selectie proces, van kennismaking tot contract - Je bouwt aan een talentenpool voor toekomstige vacatures - Experience 5+ jaar - Kwalificatie HBO Email: [email protected]
