Deze internationale vastgoedgroep ontwikkelt en beheert logistiek en industrieel vastgoed doorheen een veertiental landen en telt binnen zijn Continentaal Europese organisatie ongeveer 300 medewerkers, op weg naar 400, verspreid over zeven Europese landen. De HR werking wordt daar centraal aangestuurd vanuit één team dat over de landen heen opereert. Vandaag draait die organisatie op een versnipperd best of breed landschap: een core HR systeem voor de masterdata, meerdere payrollproviders per land, aparte tools voor LMS, performance, recruitment en comp management.

Om dat landschap te stroomlijnen start de groep een HRIS selectietraject op. In deze rol breng je de huidige processen en tools in kaart, analyseer je de toekomstige behoeften van een groeiende organisatie en formuleer je een onderbouwde aanbeveling voor het HRIS platform dat het beste past.

Het betreft een freelance projectopdracht, grotendeels remote in te vullen, met de analyse idealiter afgewerkt tegen eind 2026 en daarna verdere fasering.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

  • In kaart brengen van de huidige HR processen en tools over de zeven landen heen, inclusief core HR, payroll per land, LMS, performance, recruitment en reporting.
  • Blootleggen waar het schuurt: processen die versnipperd, manueel of inconsistent lopen tussen de landen zichtbaar en bespreekbaar maken.
  • Analyseren van de toekomstige HR behoeften van een organisatie die doorgroeit richting 400 medewerkers.
  • Vertalen van die behoeften naar functionele en technische vereisten voor een nieuw HRIS platform.
  • Formuleren van een onderbouwde aanbeveling voor het best passende platform.
  • Challengen en begeleiden van de organisatie bij het maken van de keuzes die voorliggen.
  • Mee uittekenen van de way of working.
  • Faciliteren van workshops met de betrokken stakeholders, met occasionele aanwezigheid on site.

Wie we zoeken

  • Aantoonbare ervaring met HRIS selectietrajecten of bredere HR digitaliseringsprojecten.
  • Sterk in as is en to be analyse van HR processen en HR tools.
  • Het lef om een organisatie te challengen en mee de knopen te helpen doorhakken.
  • Ervaring in een internationale, multi country HR omgeving, met gevoel voor verschillen in payroll, wetgeving en lokale gewoontes.
