Als HRM adviseur bij Sirjon adviseer je vanuit jouw brede vakkennis het management met betrekking tot alle voorkomende HR-vraagstukken . Je adviseert bijvoorbeeld op het vlak van ziekteverzuimbegeleiding en preventie, functiewaardering en beloning, (dis)functioneren en diverse andere thema's. Ook denk je mee met zorgmedewerkers en -teams bij HR gerelateerde vraagstukken. Je voert indien nodig samen met de manager zorg gesprekken en ondersteunt leidinggevenden en medewerkers vanuit een onafhankelijke positie bij het oplossen van samenwerkingsproblemen. Naast het adviseren lever je vanuit kennis en deskundigheid een bijdrage aan interessante projecten. Actuele projecten zijn bijvoorbeeld: het optimaliseren van HRM processen , leeftijdsgericht personeelsbeleid en sociale steun op de werkvloer . Er is genoeg ruimte en mogelijkheid om aan te sluiten bij een project dat past bij jouw interesses. Samen met je collega HRM adviseurs ben je verantwoordelijk voor het ontwikkelen van HR-beleid, -instrumenten en -producten. Je weet welke (externe) ontwikkelingen er zijn op HR-gebied , signaleert kansen en knelpunten voor onze organisatie en draagt oplossingen aan. Je bent werkzaam binnen het Dienstencentrum Sirjon (DCS) in Ridderkerk . Je werkt samen met je collega (Senior) HRM Adviseurs, de HRM medewerkers, Medewerker verzuimadministratie, Adviseur arbo en preventie, Recruiters en de Opleidingsadviseurs. Je werkt vanuit één van de locaties, het dienstencentrum in Ridderkerk of vanuit huis. Daarnaast heb je regelmatig digitaal en fysiek contact met je team.
