Voor onze organisatie zoeken wij een enthousiaste en daadkrachtige HRM Adviseur & Arbo Coördinator. Een veelzijdige functie waarin je het verschil maakt op zowel strategisch, tactisch als operationeel niveau. Jij bent het aanspreekpunt voor HR-vraagstukken, adviseert leidinggevenden en medewerkers, en zorgt ervoor dat gezondheid, welzijn en veiligheid stevig verankerd zijn en blijven binnen onze organisatie. Wat ga je doen? Geen dag is hetzelfde. Jij bent een echte sparringpartner, verbinder en aanjager van ontwikkeling. Als HRM Adviseur (ongeveer 90%) - Adviseert zowel leidinggevenden als medewerkers bij uiteenlopende HRM-vraagstukken. - Lever je een actieve bijdrage aan de ontwikkeling en uitvoering van het HR-beleid zoals ten aanzien van verlof of in het licht van nieuwe regelgeving. - Draag je bij aan de ontwikkeling van interne projecten, zowel op beleidsmatig vlak als ten aanzien van de uitvoering. Denk hierbij aan beleid ten aanzien van vrijwilligers , een AFAS optimalisatie of het begeleiden van een werkbelevingsonderzoek. Daarnaast zorg je ervoor dat de implementatie succesvol verloopt. - Begeleid en adviseer je in- door- en uitstroomprocessen. - Ondersteun je bij verzuim-, functionerings- en ontwikkeltrajecten. - Signaleer je trends en ontwikkelingen op HR-gebied en vertaal je deze naar concrete verbeteringen. - Draag je bij aan een positieve organisatiecultuur waarin medewerke...
