Untitled 37 HRM Stagiair(e) HBO Bij van Rooijen Logistiek krijg je als HBO HR-stagiair(e) de kans om volop mee te draaien binnen een dynamische HR-afdeling. Je ondersteunt bij uiteenlopende HR-werkzaamheden, denkt mee over verbeteringen en krijgt veel ruimte om jezelf te ontwikkelen. Wil jij stage lopen binnen een groeiend familiebedrijf waar samenwerken, betrokkenheid en ontwikkeling centraal staan? Dan maken we graag kennis met je! Voor diverse opdrachtgevers verzorgen wij het transport en/of de opslag van fast moving consumer goods. We zijn de aangewezen partij die voor uiteenlopende (inter)nationale klanten het vervoer, warehousing en crossdock regelt. Onze organisatie is begonnen als klein familiebedrijf, maar is door de jaren heen uitgegroeid tot een organisatie met meer dan 340 medewerkers op onze locatie in Eindhoven. Daarnaast hebben we nog twee locaties in Turnhout, België met ruim 220 collega's. De familiecultuur hebben we zeker weten te behouden. Tijdens jouw stage draai je volledig mee binnen onze HR-afdeling op onze locatie in Eindhoven. Samen met zes enthousiaste collega's werk je aan uiteenlopende HR-vraagstukken en krijg je een breed beeld van het HR-vak. Je wordt begeleid door ervaren HR-professionals en krijgt volop de ruimte om jezelf te ontwikkelen, mee te denken over verbeteringen en te werken aan je stageopdrachten. Je maakt kennis met verschillende actuele HR-thema's, zoals digitalisering, HR-process...
