Iemand die na de derde vergelijkbare woning denkt: dit moet slimmer kunnen. En dan aan de slag gaat met bibliotheken, templates of een script, zodat de vierde woning in de helft van de tijd staat. Je hoeft geen programmeur te zijn. Je moet het alleen jammer vinden om je tijd aan repeterend werk te besteden. Wij groeien hard, dus alles wat jij slimmer maakt, betaalt zich direct terug. En jij bepaalt mee hoe onze engineering er over twee jaar uitziet. Zo ziet je dag eruit 07:00 - Koffie en overdracht met werkvoorbereiding. Er ligt een casco van 14 woningen dat volgende maand de werkplaats in moet. 07:30 - Je werkt de gevelelementen uit in Tekla. Aansluitingen op de begane grondvloer, kozijnopeningen, de detaillering rond de dakrand. 19:30 - Belletje van de constructeur over een gewijzigde balklaag. Je past het model aan en de productietekening loopt mee. 12:30 - Lunch met de collega's van kantoor en de werkplaats. 13:00 - De klant levert een variant aan. In plaats van alles opnieuw te tekenen, pak je de template die je vorige maand hebt gebouwd. Binnen een uur staat het. 15:00 - Een half uur brainstormen: welk stuk van het tekenproces kost het meeste tijd, en wat kunnen we daaraan doen?
