Zur Unterstützung unseres Projektteams suchen wir eine engagierte Persönlichkeit für die administrative Betreuung von HSE-Themen (Health, Safety & Environment) direkt auf einer Großbaustelle. In dieser Rolle sorgen Sie für eine strukturierte Dokumentation und unterstützen das HSE-Team bei organisatorischen und administrativen Aufgaben. 1 HSE Administrator:in / Projektassistenz Aufgaben

* Verwaltung und Pflege von HSE-Dokumentationen und sicherheitsrelevanten Nachweisen

* Strukturierte Ablage und Übertragung relevanter Dokumente zwischen internen Managementsystemen und projektbezogenen Plattformen (z. B. Google Drive)

* Unterstützung bei der Vorbereitung von Audits, Risikoanalysen und Berichten

* Verwaltung von Schulungsunterlagen, Zertifikaten und Compliance-Nachweisen

* Einholung, Prüfung auf Vollständigkeit und Nachverfolgung von Dokumenten bei Subunternehmern und Projektpartnern

* Allgemeine organisatorische und administrative Unterstützung des HSE-Teams im Projektalltag

Qualifikationen

* Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (Lehre, HAS, HAK o. Ä.) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation

* Erste Erfahrung in einem HSE-, Baustellen- oder Projektumfeld von Vorteil, kein Muss

* Sicherer Umgang mit Google Workspace (insbesondere Google Drive, Google Docs und Google Sheets)

* Sehr gute Anwenderkenntnisse in Microsoft Office 365 (insbesondere Outlook, Excel, Word und Teams)

* Erfahrung mit Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) von Vorteil

* Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (internationale Projektkommunikation)

* Organisationsstärke sowie eine strukturierte und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise

* Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit unterschiedlichen Stakeholdern und Subunternehmern

3.500,00 €Wir möchten darauf hinweisen, dass das kollektivvertragliche Mindestgehalt im attraktiven KV Metallgewerbe bei monatlich brutto € 2.727,40 liegt. Das tatsächliche Gehalt liegt innerhalb einer Bandbreite von monatlich brutto € 2.800 und € 3.500, ist abhängig von Ihrer Erfahrung und Qualifikation und wird gemeinsam mit Ihnen festgelegt.
