NWO-I Institutes Organisation of NWO NWO-I Intranet Breadcrumb Adviseur Gezondheid, Veiligheid en Milieu (HSE) (v/m/x) Nijmegen 32 tot 40 uur Schaal: 11 Sluitingsdatum: 19 oktober 2026 Als HSE-adviseur ben je het aanspreekpunt voor arbeidsomstandigheden, veiligheid en milieu binnen HFML-FELIX. Je adviseert het management, ontwikkelt beleid en zorgt voor een correcte uitvoering daarvan. Dit doe je samen met de collega's die met dit beleid moeten werken, wat voornamelijk technici en wetenschappelijk personeel is. Zo sla je de brug van theorie naar praktische toepassing en zorg je voor draagvlak en een goede implementatie. Ook coördineer je de preventiemedewerkers en het BHV-team. Jij helpt ervoor te zorgen dat collega's veilig en verantwoord kunnen werken en dat HFML-FELIX voldoet aan alle wettelijke verplichtingen. Jouw werkzaamheden zijn: - Adviseren van het MT over beleid en maatregelen ter verbetering van arbeidsomstandigheden en milieu en de implementatie hiervan. - Opstellen, actueel houden en uitvoeren van de RI&E, inclusief plan van aanpak, jaarplan en communicatie in nauwe samenwerking en afstemming met technici en wetenschappelijk personeel. - Verrichten van controles, beoordelen van werkplekken, uitvoeren van verdiepende werkplekonderzoeken en doorvoeren van verbeteringen. - Signaleren van nieuwe wet- en regelgeving. - Zorgen voor de juiste vergunningen en ontheffingen. - Organiseren van voorlichtingsbijeenkomsten en trainingen. - Registreren en coördineren van de afvoer van chemisch en milieugevaarlijk afval. - Meldpunt zijn voor (bijna-)ongevallen, onveilige situaties en milieu-incidenten, en opvolging verzorgen. - Rapporteren over arbo- en milieuactiviteiten aan het management en externe instanties. - Beoordelen van complexe vergunningaanvragen en risicoanalyses.
