  • Je bent het centrale aanspreekpunt voor veiligheid, preventie en welzijn binnen de organisatie.
  • Je ontwikkelt en implementeert een duidelijke visie rond veiligheid en preventie.
  • Je stimuleert veilig gedrag en ondersteunt leidinggevenden en medewerkers in een proactieve veiligheidscultuur.
  • Je organiseert opleidingen, sensibiliseringsacties en campagnes rond veiligheid, ergonomie en welzijn.
  • Je voert risicoanalyses uit en vertaalt incidenten en signalen naar structurele verbeteracties.
  • Je onderzoekt arbeidsongevallen en volgt preventieve maatregelen nauwgezet op.
  • Je coördineert het globaal preventieplan en het jaarlijks actieplan.
  • Je bereidt overlegmomenten en preventiecomités voor en zorgt voor correcte opvolging en verslaggeving.
  • Je adviseert management en directie over risico's, investeringen en welzijnsbeleid.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met interne teams en externe preventiediensten.
  • Je beschikt over een bachelor- of masterdiploma in een technische, veiligheidskundige, ergonomische of mensgerichte richting, of gelijkwaardige ervaring.
  • Je bent preventieadviseur niveau 2 of bereid dit diploma te behalen.
  • Je hebt ervaring binnen veiligheid, preventie of welzijn, bij voorkeur in een productie- of operationele omgeving.
  • Je combineert kennis van wetgeving met een pragmatische en mensgerichte aanpak.
  • Je hebt affiniteit met coaching, gedragsverandering en cultuurontwikkeling.
  • Je communiceert helder en toegankelijk met medewerkers, leidinggevenden en directie.
  • Je bent zichtbaar aanwezig op de werkvloer en begrijpt verschillende werkomgevingen en doelgroepen.
  • Je werkt zelfstandig, gestructureerd en neemt verantwoordelijkheid op.
  • Je bent integer en geeft zelf het goede voorbeeld.
