De functie inhoud Wat ga je doen als HSE Coördinator regio Roeselare?

  • Het kwaliteits-, veiligheids- en milieubeleid mee implementeren en vertalen naar haalbare acties.
  • Actief aanwezig zijn op de werkvloer om te coachen, bij te sturen en naleving te stimuleren.
  • Medewerkers en leidinggevenden ondersteunen op de verschillende sites.
  • Non-conformiteiten opsporen, analyseren en meedenken over structurele oplossingen.
  • Ondersteunen bij het opstellen van risicoanalyses, noodprocedures, verslagen en andere documenten.

Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de SHEQ Manager. Wie ben jij als HSE Coördinator regio Roeselare?

  • Je hebt een bachelor of master, bij voorkeur in (bio)chemie of een andere technische richting.
  • Je bezit het attest Preventieadviseur Niveau 2 (milieucoördinator B is ook mooi meegenomen).
  • Enkele jaren ervaring als preventieadviseur en/of milieucoördinator is een grote plus.
  • Kennis van ISO-normen (ISO 45001, 14001, 9001) vormt een meerwaarde.
  • Analytisch sterk, hands-on ingesteld en gericht op oplossingen.
