The posting

Als HSE Coördinator in regio Tielt bouw je mee aan een sterke veiligheidscultuur op een industriële productiesite en werk je actief met risicoanalyses, het Globaal Preventieplan (GPP) en het Jaaractieplan (JAP).

  • Je bent zichtbaar aanwezig op de productievloer en helpt leidinggevenden en collega's om elke dag veiliger te werken.
  • Je geeft praktische toolboxmeetings over veilig werken, risico's en het juiste gebruik van persoonlijke beschermingsmiddelen (PBM).
  • Je stelt het Globaal Preventieplan (GPP) en het Jaaractieplan (JAP) op en volgt de acties nauwkeurig op.
  • Je voert risicoanalyses uit en vertaalt de resultaten naar duidelijke en haalbare preventiemaatregelen.
  • Je onderzoekt arbeidsongevallen en bijna-ongevallen en gebruikt grondoorzaakanalyses om herhaling te voorkomen.
  • Je bereidt het Comité voor Preventie en Bescherming op het Werk (CPBW) inhoudelijk voor en volgt de gemaakte afspraken op.
  • Je organiseert verplichte veiligheidsopleidingen en zorgt voor een duidelijk veiligheidsonthaal voor nieuwe collega's.
  • Je zet sensibiliseringscampagnes op rond veiligheid en welzijn en stimuleert zo het veiligheidsbewustzijn op de werkvloer.
  • Je adviseert leidinggevenden en het management over veiligheid, welzijn en preventie en rapporteert voor je wettelijke taken rechtstreeks aan de Managing Director.
  • Je krijgt op termijn de kans om ook milieu- en duurzaamheidsprojecten verder uit te bouwen.
  • Je hebt een bachelordiploma of een gelijkwaardig niveau door relevante ervaring.
  • Je hebt 3 tot 5 jaar relevante ervaring binnen een industriële omgeving of productieomgeving.
  • Je beschikt over het getuigschrift Preventieadviseur Niveau 2 of je bent bereid om dit op korte termijn te behalen.
  • Je hebt bij voorkeur kennis van techniek, veiligheid, milieu of EHS en je hebt interesse in milieuzorg en duurzaamheid.
  • Je werkt georganiseerd en analytisch en je zet risico's om in duidelijke en praktische acties.
  • Je communiceert vlot met collega's op de productievloer, leidinggevenden en het management.
  • Je neemt graag initiatief en voelt je goed in een autonome rol waarin je mensen coacht en overtuigt.
