De functie inhoud Wat zijn jouw verantwoordelijkheden als preventieadviseur?

  • Je werkt mee aan het verder uitbouwen en optimaliseren van het veiligheids-, gezondheids- en milieubeleid
  • Risicoanalyses uitvoeren, preventieve maatregelen implementeren en verbeteracties uitwerken bij incidenten
  • Je ondersteunt management en medewerkers bij vragen rond veiligheid, welzijn en milieu en stimuleert een sterke veiligheidscultuur
  • Ook het organiseren van opleidingen, toolboxen en sensibiliseringsacties behoort tot jouw takenpakket
  • Je volgt de relevante wetgeving op en zorgt ervoor dat procedures steeds conform de geldende normen verlopen

  • Je hebt een bachelor- of masterdiploma in een technische richting
  • Ervaring binnen preventie en veiligheid in een industriële of productieomgeving is een must
  • Je bent in het bezit van het attest Preventieadviseur niveau 1, het attest Milieucoördinator A of B is een plus
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en een hands-on aanpak zijn jouw troeven in een notendop
