Jobomschrijving

TakenpakketAls HSE Manager ben je mee verantwoordelijk voor het uitbouwen en optimaliseren van het beleid mbt veiligheid, milieu, gezondheid en welzijn. Hiernaast fungeer je als intern preventieadviseur. Je zal je hierbij focussen op volgende pijlers: - Integratie veiligheidsprocessen, systemen,… in operationele routines- Opmaak dynamisch risicobeheerssysteem- Projectmanagement mbt veiligheidsverbetering- Opvolgen wetgeving betreffende milieu en veiligheid- Databeheer en rapportage van duurzaamheidsprestaties - Actieplannen opstellen en optimalisaties uitwerken mbt het brede luik ‘HSE’- Geven van interne trainingen mbt veiligheid op het werk- …

Profiel- Een master opleiding of gelijkwaardig door ervaring- Diploma preventieadviseur niveau 1 of bereid om dit te behalen- Je hebt min. 5 jaar ervaring in een vergelijkbare rol binnen een productie-omgeving- Ervaring met implementeren en verbeteren van een veilgiheidscultuur- Kennis en/of interesse in milieu- en arbeidswetgeving- Je maakt sterke, operationele analyses en weet deze accuraat te vertalen naar strategisch beleid- Je denkt op een innoverende manier- Je kan op verschillende niveau’s communiceren- Je bent bereid om sporadisch te reizen naar andere vestigingen
