HEERHUGOWAARD HSE Manager Introductie Als HSE Manager heb je inhoudelijke eindverantwoordelijkheid voor veiligheid, gezondheid en milieu op twee productielocaties binnen een internationale productieomgeving, met directe invloed op veiligheidsbeslissingen. Wat ga je doen? Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het opstellen, uitvoeren en borgen van het arbo-, veiligheids- en milieubeleid en bepaalt daarmee het veiligheidsniveau op twee productielocaties. Je vervult de wettelijke rollen van preventiemedewerker en beheerder gevaarlijke stoffen en rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de COO. In deze functie werk je aan complexe HSE‑vraagstukken waarin veiligheid, milieu en wetgeving samenkomen en ontwikkel je je verder als inhoudelijk expert. Je voert risicoanalyses uit, begeleidt HAZOP‑studies en stuurt actief op opvolging van actiepunten. Daarnaast borg je CE‑conformiteit, beoordeel je veiligheidsinterlocks en heb je een inhoudelijke rol in besluitvorming rondom wijzigingen via MOC‑procedures. Je werkt nauw samen met de HSE Coördinatoren en fungeert als sparringpartner voor management en operatie op beide locaties.
