De functie inhoud Wat zijn jouw verantwoordelijkheden als HSE manager in Regio Waregem?

  • Verantwoordelijk voor de ontwikkeling, implementatie en opvolging van het HSE-beleid, zowel strategisch als operationeel.
  • Adviseren en coachen van leidinggevenden en medewerkers rond veiligheid, milieu en preventie.
  • Uitvoeren van risicoanalyses en inspecties, met focus op continue verbetering.
  • Opvolging van wetgeving, certificeringen en HSE-KPI’s, en onderhouden van externe contacten.
  • Actieve bijdrage aan milieuvriendelijke initiatieven en opname van de rol als ADR-veiligheidsadviseur.

  • Je hebt een bachelor- of masterdiploma en een attest als preventieadviseur.
  • Je hebt kennis van ISO-normen of bent bereid hierin bij te leren.
  • Werkervaring binnen veiligheid, gezondheid, milieu en/of kwaliteit is een plus.
  • Combineert technische kennis met een hands-on mentaliteit, overtuigingskracht en zin voor initiatief.
