The posting

Wanneer veiligheid al jaren hoog op de agenda staat, maar de cultuur nog niet volgt, ligt daar een serieuze uitdaging. Voor een internationale productieorganisatie zijn we op zoek naar een HSE Manager / Preventieadviseur Niveau 2 die structuur brengt, stakeholders meekrijgt en veiligheid opnieuw stevig verankert in de dagelijkse werking.

Je komt terecht in een omgeving waar de groep de voorbije jaren sterk heeft geïnvesteerd in veiligheid. De basis is er, de middelen zijn er, maar de vertaalslag naar de werkvloer moet verder opgebouwd worden. In deze rol krijg je de kans om zichtbaar impact te maken binnen een site waar veiligheid de absolute prioriteit is.

Hoe ziet jouw takenpakket eruit?

  • Verder uitbouwen, structureren en opvolgen van het veiligheidsbeleid binnen de organisatie.
  • Vertalen van groepsrichtlijnen en veiligheidsdoelstellingen naar duidelijke acties op de werkvloer.
  • Opvolgen van arbeidsongevallen, incidenten en preventieve acties met focus op duurzame verbetering.
  • Zorgen voor correcte en tijdige rapportering naar interne stakeholders, divisie en groep.
  • Adviseren en ondersteunen van leidinggevenden rond veiligheid, risico's en technische vraagstukken.
  • Opvolgen van CE-certificaten en technische veiligheidsaspecten bij indienstnames.
  • Aansturen en begeleiden van een preventiemedewerker die aan jou rapporteert.
  • Actief meebouwen aan een veiligheidscultuur waarin discipline, betrokkenheid en verantwoordelijkheid centraal staan.

Wat verwachten wij van jou?

  • Je beschikt over het attest Preventieadviseur Niveau 2; Niveau 1 is een sterke meerwaarde.
  • Je hebt minstens 10 jaar relevante ervaring binnen veiligheid, waarvan minimum 5 jaar in een leidinggevende of coördinerende rol.
  • Je bent sterk in stakeholdermanagement, nauwkeurige rapportering en communiceert vlot in het Frans en Engels; Nederlands is een pluspunt of je bent bereid dit verder te leren.
