Voor een organisatie binnen de procesindustrie zoeken wij een HSE Manager met verantwoordelijkheid over twee productielocaties in Heerhugowaard en Veendam. Je werkt op strategisch én operationeel niveau en verdeelt je tijd flexibel tussen beide locaties. De rol combineert procesveiligheid, gevaarlijke stoffen en milieuvraagstukken in één functie. ✔ Verantwoordelijkheid over twee productielocaties ✔ Combinatie van procesveiligheid en gevaarlijke stoffen ✔ Strategische rol met directe impact ✔ Veel autonomie en invloed ✔ Werken in een complexe industriële omgeving Dit is een functie voor professionals die veiligheid niet alleen bewaken, maar ook vormgeven. Functieomschrijving Als HSE Manager ben je verantwoordelijk voor het ontwikkelen, implementeren en borgen van het HSE-beleid op beide locaties. Je schakelt direct met management en vertaalt beleid naar concrete acties op de werkvloer. Concreet: • Opstellen en implementeren van arbo-, veiligheids- en milieubeleid • Uitvoeren van RI&E's en incidentanalyses • Begeleiden van HAZOP-studies en opvolgen van verbeteracties • Adviseren over productie- en procesveiligheid in Heerhugowaard • Beheren van risico's rondom gevaarlijke stoffen in Veendam • Beoordelen van vergunningstrajecten en milieuvraagstukken • Borgen van machineveiligheid en CE-conformiteit • Vertalen van wet- en regelgeving naar praktische werkinstructies • Opstellen van jaarplannen voor veiligheid en milieu • Geven van trainingen en vergroten van veiligheidsbewustzijn Je werkt in een omgeving waar: • Procesveiligheid centraal staat • Gevaarlijke stoffen een belangrijke rol spelen...
