Introductie

Voor een groeiende en technisch uitdagende organisatie binnen de bouw- en infrastructuursector zijn we op zoek naar een HSE Manager.

In deze sleutelrol neem je de verantwoordelijkheid over het volledige beleid rond Health, Safety & Environment. Je combineert strategisch inzicht met een uitgesproken hands-on aanpak en zorgt ervoor dat veiligheid niet alleen op papier staat, maar daadwerkelijk leeft binnen de organisatie.

Je bent regelmatig aanwezig op de verschillende werven, werkt nauw samen met project- en werfleiding en vertaalt wetgeving en veiligheidsnormen naar praktisch toepasbare oplossingen. Daarnaast coach je jouw team en ben je een belangrijke gesprekspartner voor directie, medewerkers, onderaannemers en externe partners.

Wat Ga Je Doen?

  • Je ontwikkelt, implementeert en bewaakt het volledige beleid rond veiligheid, gezondheid en milieu.
  • Je vertaalt wettelijke verplichtingen en veiligheidsnormen naar duidelijke en praktisch toepasbare procedures.
  • Je bent regelmatig aanwezig op de verschillende werven en volgt de toepassing van het HSE-beleid in de praktijk op.
  • Je voert risicoanalyses uit, identificeert potentiële gevaren en werkt preventieve maatregelen uit.
  • Je ondersteunt en coacht projectleiders, werfleiders en medewerkers bij veiligheidsgerelateerde vraagstukken.
  • Je organiseert en volgt toolboxmeetings, veiligheidsopleidingen, audits en inspecties op.
  • Je onderzoekt incidenten en arbeidsongevallen, analyseert de oorzaken en vertaalt deze naar structurele verbeteracties.
  • Je waakt mee over de veiligheid en correcte keuring van machines, arbeidsmiddelen en materieel.
  • Je volgt HSE-KPI's op en rapporteert resultaten, risico's en verbeterinitiatieven aan het management.
  • Je stimuleert het veiligheidsbewustzijn binnen de organisatie en zorgt ervoor dat medewerkers actief betrokken worden bij het preventiebeleid.
  • Je bewaakt de naleving van veiligheidsafspraken door onderaannemers en externe partners.
  • Je stuurt en coacht jouw team en zorgt voor een duidelijke taakverdeling en opvolging.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met directie, projectleiding en andere interne afdelingen om veiligheid structureel te verankeren binnen de organisatie.

Wie Ben Je?

  • Je beschikt over een relevante technische of veiligheidsgerichte opleiding.
  • Je bent in het bezit van het attest Preventieadviseur Niveau 1.
  • Je hebt meerdere jaren relevante ervaring binnen HSE, preventie of veiligheid, bij voorkeur binnen bouw, infrastructuur of een technisch-operationele omgeving.
  • Je bent vertrouwd met VCA, risicoanalyses, audits, incidentonderzoek en veiligheidsmanagement.
  • Je voelt je thuis op een werf en bent graag zichtbaar aanwezig waar de werkzaamheden daadwerkelijk plaatsvinden.
  • Je combineert strategisch inzicht met een pragmatische en hands-on mentaliteit.
  • Je bent communicatief sterk en weet zowel medewerkers op de werkvloer als leidinggevenden en directie mee te krijgen in jouw verhaal.
  • Je weet wetgeving en procedures om te zetten in praktische en werkbare oplossingen.
  • Je werkt zelfstandig, neemt ownership en durft verantwoordelijkheid en beslissingen te nemen.
  • Je beschikt over een coachende leiderschapsstijl en krijgt energie van het ontwikkelen van mensen en het verder versterken van de veiligheidscultuur.
