Introductie

Voor een internationale organisatie binnen de chemische industrie zoeken we een Preventieadviseur Niveau II die veiligheid zichtbaar maakt op de werkvloer.

Je werkt nauw samen met productie, maintenance en management en combineert operationele aanwezigheid met structurele preventie. Je krijgt de ruimte om verbeteringen te initiëren en actief mee te bouwen aan een sterke veiligheidscultuur binnen een technische productieomgeving.

Wat Ga Je Doen?

  • Je ontwikkelt en optimaliseert het preventie- en veiligheidsbeleid en zorgt ervoor dat dit praktisch wordt toegepast op de werkvloer.
  • Je voert risicoanalyses, veiligheidsrondgangen en werkplekinspecties uit en zet bevindingen om in concrete acties.
  • Je onderzoekt incidenten, arbeidsongevallen en bijna-ongevallen via root cause analyses en bewaakt de opvolging van preventieve maatregelen.
  • Je adviseert productie, maintenance en management over veilig werken, arbeidsmiddelen en welzijn.
  • Je ondersteunt audits, noodplanning en wettelijke compliance en zorgt voor een correcte opvolging van actiepunten.
  • Je denkt mee over technische verbeteringen en investeringen en zorgt ervoor dat veiligheid vanaf de ontwerpfase wordt meegenomen.

Wie Ben Je?

  • Je beschikt over het attest Preventieadviseur Niveau II.
  • Je hebt relevante ervaring binnen een industriële, chemische of technische productieomgeving.
  • Je hebt een technische bachelor/master of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Kennis van process safety, ATEX, risicoanalyses of industriële installaties is een sterke meerwaarde.
  • Je bent analytisch en gestructureerd, maar vooral ook hands-on, communicatief en graag aanwezig op de werkvloer.
