HSE Manager Chemie | Preventieadviseur Niveau 1

Introductie

Voor een internationale productieorganisatie binnen de chemische sector zijn we op zoek naar een ervaren HSE Manager. In deze verantwoordelijke functie neem je het voortouw in het verder uitbouwen, implementeren en verankeren van het beleid rond Health, Safety & Environment over meerdere productiesites.

Je combineert een sterke aanwezigheid op de werkvloer met een strategische visie op veiligheid. Als Preventieadviseur Niveau 1 ben je een belangrijke sparringpartner voor het management en werk je nauw samen met leidinggevenden en operationele teams.

Binnen een chemische productieomgeving zijn veiligheid, risicobeheersing en preventie cruciaal. Je krijgt dan ook de autonomie om het HSE-beleid verder te professionaliseren en een duurzame veiligheidscultuur te versterken.

Wat Ga Je Doen?

  • Je neemt een trekkende rol op binnen het HSE-beleid over meerdere productiesites en vertaalt de strategie naar concrete acties op de werkvloer.
  • Je voert risicoanalyses, incidentonderzoeken en root cause analyses uit en zorgt voor structurele preventieve maatregelen.
  • Je bewaakt risico's binnen de chemische productieomgeving en werkt actief rond procesveiligheid, machineveiligheid en ATEX.
  • Je stelt indienststellingsverslagen op en ondersteunt bij de veilige ingebruikname en wijziging van machines, installaties en productieprocessen.
  • Je beheert noodprocedures, organiseert evacuatieoefeningen en volgt veiligheidsprojecten en actieplannen nauwgezet op.
  • Je adviseert en coacht management en leidinggevenden en zorgt ervoor dat veiligheid en preventie structureel verankerd worden binnen de organisatie.

Wie Ben Je?

  • Je beschikt over het getuigschrift Preventieadviseur Niveau 1 en hebt relevante ervaring binnen HSE, preventie en veiligheid.
  • Je hebt een bachelor- of masterdiploma in een technische, chemische of wetenschappelijke richting, of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Je hebt ervaring binnen een chemische, procesmatige of industriële productieomgeving en beschikt over een sterke kennis van veiligheidswetgeving en risicobeheer.
  • Kennis van process safety, ATEX, incidentonderzoek en HSE-managementsystemen vormt een belangrijke meerwaarde.
  • Je bent een sterke communicator en sparringpartner voor zowel management als medewerkers en communiceert vlot in het Nederlands, Frans en Engels.
