Ben je een ervaren HSE Manager die verder kijkt dan regels en procedures? In deze sleutelrol binnen een innovatieve productieomgeving in de regio Hardenberg zorg jij ervoor dat veiligheid, gezondheid en milieu structureel op de agenda staan. Je inspireert collega's, initieert verbeteringen en bouwt mee aan een sterke veiligheidscultuur. Je komt direct op contract bij onze opdrachtgever Wavin! Klaar om écht impact te maken? Wat ga je doen? Als HSE Manager geef je leiding aan twee HSE-professionals en heb je een functionele aansturende rol richting HSE-verantwoordelijken binnen de organisatie. Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de Site Manager en werkt nauw samen met de Europese Operations-organisatie om de HSE-strategie verder te versterken. Een greep uit de werkzaamheden zijn:

- Het ontwikkelen, implementeren en uitdragen van de HSE-strategie voor de Benelux, waarbij je continu werkt aan het versterken van een proactieve veiligheids- en compliancecultuur; - Het aanjagen van cultuurverandering door gewenst veilig gedrag zichtbaar te stimuleren en duurzaam te verankeren binnen de organisatie; - Het adviseren en uitdagen van management en operations op het gebied van HSE-risico's, wet- en regelgeving, prestaties en verbeterkansen; - Het waarborgen van naleving van relevante wet- en regelgeving, bedrijfsstandaarden en certificeringseisen, waarbij je externe ontwikkelingen vertaalt naar concreet beleid en praktische verbeterinitiatieven; - Het signaleren, analyseren en beheersen van operationele en strategische HSE-risico's en het initiëren van verbetertrajecten die bijdragen aan een veilige en toekomstbestendige organisatie; - Het onderhouden van contacten met toezichthouders, inspectiediensten, certificerende instellingen en andere externe stakeholders; - Het leiden van incidentonderzoeken en root cause analyses, waarbij je zorgt voor effectieve corrigerende en preventieve maatregelen; - Het monitoren en analyseren van HSE-KPI's en het rapportere
