HSE-Manager (m/w/d) – Rohrleitungs- und Anlagenbau

Überblick: Als HSE-Manager:in tragen Sie die zentrale Verantwortung für die strategische Entwicklung, Überwachung und Umsetzung von Gesundheitsschutz-, Sicherheits- und Umweltschutzstandards (HSE) in unseren anspruchsvollen Projekten. Sie stellen sicher, dass gesetzliche Vorgaben und betriebliche Standards eingehalten werden, und fördern eine nachhaltige Sicherheitskultur in den Bereichen Petrochemie, Kraftwerksbau, Raffinerieinstandhaltung sowie im Pipelinebau.

Aufgabenbereiche:

- Entwicklung und Implementierung von HSE-Strategien, Richtlinien und Maßnahmen. - Beratung und Unterstützung von Führungskräften und Projektteams in allen HSE-relevanten Fragestellungen. - Durchführung von Gefährdungsbeurteilungen, Risikoanalysen und Sicherheitsbegehungen. - Planung und Durchführung von Schulungen, Workshops und Unterweisungen zu HSE-Themen. - Überwachung der Einhaltung gesetzlicher und betrieblicher Vorschriften sowie regelmäßige Berichterstattung über HSE-Performance und Kennzahlen. - Dokumentation und Analyse von Vorfällen, Unfällen und Beinaheunfällen sowie Ableitung und Umsetzung von Präventionsmaßnahmen. - Förderung einer positiven HSE-Kultur durch kontinuierliche Verbesserungen und Sensibilisierung der Mitarbeitenden.

Qualifikationen:

- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Sicherheitstechnik, Umweltmanagement, Ingenieurwesen oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation (Sifa/HSE/SiGeKo). - Fundierte Erfahrung im HSE-Management, idealerweise in der Petrochemie, im Kraftwerksbau oder Rohrleitungsbau. - Umfassende Kenntnisse relevanter Normen und Regelwerke (z. B. ISO 45001, ISO 14001, ArbSchG). - Hohe Kommunikations- und Beratungskompetenz sowie die Fähigkeit, Veränderungsprozesse aktiv zu gestalten. - Strukturierte Arbeitsweise, Durchsetzungsvermögen und Teamfähigkeit. - Bereitschaft zu Baustellenbesuchen und Reisen innerhalb der Projektregionen.

Projekteinsatz:

- Deutschland / Niederlande / Belgien / Österreich

Voraussetzung:

- mindestens eine deutschlandweite Montagebereitschaft - eigenes Auto mit gültigem Führerschein Klasse B - deutsche Aufenthalts- und Arbeitserlaubnis - Berufserfahrung im Rohrleitungs- und Anlagenbau in Deutschland / Niederlande / Belgien / Österreich
