Voor onze locatie in Helmond zoeken wij een HSE Medewerker. In deze functie zorg je ervoor dat veiligheid, gezondheid en milieu niet alleen goed geregeld zijn op papier, maar ook in de praktijk. Je bent veel op de werkvloer te vinden, spreekt medewerkers en leidinggevenden aan en ziet waar het beter of veiliger kan. Van het uitvoeren van RI&E's en veiligheidsrondes tot het onderzoeken van incidenten en het opvolgen van verbeteracties: jij zorgt dat zaken worden opgepakt. Wat ga je doen? - Uitvoeren van RI&E's, veiligheidsrondes en controles. - Onderzoeken en opvolgen van incidenten en ongevallen. - Adviseren van medewerkers en leidinggevenden over veiligheid, gezondheid en milieu. - Bijdragen aan een sterke veiligheidscultuur door onder andere toolboxen en instructies. - Ondersteunen bij BHV, audits en inspecties. - Bijhouden en verbeteren van procedures en werkinstructies. - Verzamelen en controleren van gegevens over energie, water, afval en milieu. - Ondersteunen bij milieu- en duurzaamheidsrapportages. Dit ben jij - Je hebt MBO+ werk- en denkniveau. - Je hebt bij voorkeur een opleiding richting Veiligheidskunde of Integrale Veiligheidskunde. - Een MVK-opleiding is een pré. - Je bent proactief, nauwkeurig en zelfstandig. - Je communiceert makkelijk met verschillende mensen en durft aan te spreken wanneer dat nodig is. - Je vindt het interessant om problemen te signaleren én op te lossen.
