Zij zijn onderdeel van een wereldwijd opererende organisatie en hebben 2 locaties in Europa. De locatie Amsterdam wordt momenteel fors uitgebreid met een nieuwe waterzuiveringsinstallatie en nieuwe fabrieken, zij zijn Seveso plichtig. Binnenkort wordt de productiecapaciteit verder vergroot en hierdoor breidt ook het HSE team uit. Voor hen zoeken wij een HSE Officer. Functieomschrijving Als HSE Officer heb je een veelzijdige functie waarbij elke dag anders is. Je vergroot je het veiligheids- en milieubewustzijn binnen de organisatie. Dit doe je door voorlichting en trainingen te geven, medewerkers te coachen, werkplekinspecties uit te voeren en waar nodig mensen aan te spreken. Je speelt een actieve rol in het doorvoeren van verbeteringen op de werkvloer, gebaseerd op (bijna) ongevallen en observaties. Met jouw kritische blik op werkprocessen ben je voortdurend alert op verbetermogelijkheden voor de organisatie. Je rapporteert aan de QHSE Manager en werkt in het QHSSE team met 5 collega's. Wat ga je doen: - Je houdt actief toezicht op veiligheid en naleving van voorschriften en wetgeving, pakt dit proactief aan en rapporteert maandelijks intern en extern. - Je speelt een belangrijke rol ten aanzien van operationele veiligheid, waarbij je advies geeft, toezicht houdt en taken uitvoert op het gebied van werkvergunningen, TRA's, LOTOTO, MOC's en PBM-beleid. - Je behandelt incidentmeldingen op het gebied van veiligheid en milieu, voert bijbehorende onderzoeken uit en monitort de opvolging van acties. - Je voert interne audits uit en houdt toezicht op de opvolging van de verbeterpunten. - Je ontwikkelt trainingsmateriaal binnen je vakgebied. - Je voert veiligheidsstudies uit en coördineert en adviseert over RI&E's. - Je draagt zorg voor tijdige Legionella bemonstering, mo...
