Als onze nieuwe HSE Officer / Coördinator Veiligheid, Mileu & Gezondheid krijg je de kans om een cruciale impact te maken: je bent de drijvende kracht die beleid vertaalt naar een tastbare veiligheidscultuur op de werkvloer. Met een werkweek van 32 tot 40 uur in Zoeterwoude bouw jij mee aan een toekomstbestendige organisatie. Jouw Team en de Cultuur Je komt te werken in een dynamische omgeving die aanvoelt als een hecht familiebedrijf. In deze stand-alone functie werk je nauw samen met de Plant Managers, de kwaliteitsafdeling, Technisch manager en de HR-manager, die jou ondersteunt bij je introductie en begeleiding. Maar ook hierna zorgt jouw directe lijn met de HR afdeling, ervoor dat je gegarandeerd autonoom kunt handelen. Je bent dus veel op pad en schakelt tussen verschillende teams bij onze drie bedrijven. De sfeer is hands-on en ondernemend. In de nabije toekomst zal er een aparte veiligheidsafdeling worden ingericht onder het team van de Kwaliteitsmanager, wat jou de kans biedt om aan de wieg te staan van deze nieuwe structuur.
