HSE Officer fulltime_fixed_term Zoeterwoude 32 - 40 uur 4000 - 5200 per maand Functie omschrijving HSE Officer Bij de Zandbergen Groep staat veilig werken altijd voorop. Als HSE Officer (Health, Safety & Environment) krijg jij de ruimte en autonomie om veiligheid, gezondheid en milieu structureel te verbeteren binnen onze organisatie. Je werkt voor alle drie de locaties van de Zandbergen Groep ook ben je de drijvende kracht die beleid vertaalt naar een tastbare veiligheidscultuur op de werkvloer. Met een werkweek van 32 tot 40 uur in Zoeterwoude bouw jij mee aan een toekomstbestendige organisatie. Wat ga je doen? Als HSE Officer werk je niet alleen vanaf kantoor, maar ben je ook op de vloer te vinden. Jouw taken bestaan onder andere uit: Je loopt veiligheidsrondes, voert inspecties uit en bent aanwezig bij opstartmeetings van verschillende afdelingen. Je signaleert en vertaalt dit naar concrete acties; Je stelt RI&E's op, actualiseert procedures en vertaalt complexe wetgeving naar werkbare processen voor je collega's; Jij onderhoudt alle ontruimingsplannen en organiseert een sterk BHV team. Je start verbeterprojecten op en adviseert bij de aanschaf van nieuwe machines en werkwijzen. Je begeleidt interne en externe audits en controleert specifieke zaken voor de verzekering. Je organiseert toolbox-meetings en coacht medewerkers om veilig gedrag te stimuleren. Het is een stand-alone functie, maar je hebt veel contact met de Plant Manager, Kwaliteitsdienst, Technische Dienst en HR. Functie eisen Wat breng jij mee?
