Daarom zijn wij op zoek naar een gedreven HSE Officer die ons helpt onze ambitie waar te maken: dé leidende fabrikant worden op het gebied van veiligheid, gezondheid en milieu. Als HSE Officer ben je werkzaam op onze locatie in Pannerden en verantwoordelijk voor de twee fabrieken Kijfwaard Oost en Kijfwaard West. Je bent veel aanwezig op de werkvloer, waar je een belangrijke rol speelt in het vertalen van beleid naar de dagelijkse praktijk, coachen en begeleiden. De afgelopen jaren hebben we grote stappen gezet op het gebied van veiligheid. Maar er ligt nog volop uitdaging in het verder standaardiseren en verbeteren van onze cultuur en processen. Jij staat letterlijk én figuurlijk met je voeten in de klei: dicht bij de operatie, zichtbaar op de werkvloer en hands-on in de uitvoering. De fabrieken waar jij aan de slag zijn net begonnen met een nieuw veiligheidscultuurprogramma. Dit programma helpt om het veiligheidsniveau te verhogen en tegelijkertijd vergroot het de behoefte voor operationele ondersteuning van jou als HSE Officer. Dit vraagt om iemand met ambitie, doorzettingsvermogen en een sterke drive om continu te verbeteren. Dit ga je doen - Je bent zichtbaar aanwezig op beide locaties als eerste aanspreekpunt voor collega's - Je ondersteunt leidinggevenden bij operationele HSE-vraagstukken - Je voert veiligheidsrondes, inspecties en audits uit en begeleidt deze waar nodig - Je begeleidt incidentonderzoeken en volgt verbeteracties op - Je voert risicoanalyses uit en ondersteunt collega's hierbij - Je coacht medewerkers en leidinggevenden op veilig werken - ...
