The posting

Als HSE Officer lever je een actieve bijdrage aan het ontwikkelen, stimuleren, handhaven en verbeteren van het Health, Safety en Environment (HSE) beleid. Je werkt nauw samen met de afdelingen Productie, Maintenance, OE&Q en Supply Chain en je rapporteert aan de HSE Manager.

Wat ga je doen: Je bent met name verantwoordelijk voor de operationele werkzaamheden en zichtbaar op de werkvloer. De verdeling is ongeveer 50 veldwerk en 50 bureauwerk. Je ziet toe op de naleving van veiligheids-, gezondheids- en milieuwetgeving, voorschriften en het HSE managementsysteem. Je bent zichtbaar aanwezig op de werkvloer en voert veiligheids en milieuobservaties uit. Hierbij heb je veel contact met medewerkers en contractors. Je draagt bij aan verbeterprogramma s gericht op het verhogen van de veiligheidsprestaties, zoals Veiligheid in Actie en OOG-observaties. Je analyseert incidenten en near misses en formuleert op basis van de PDCA cyclus effectieve verbetermaatregelen om herhaling te voorkomen. Je vertaalt relevante wet en regelgeving op het gebied van arbeidsveiligheid, procesveiligheid en milieu naar procedures, werkinstructies en praktische maatregelen. Je voert incidentonderzoeken uit en zorgt voor een goede opvolging van verbetermaatregelen. Je levert een actieve bijdrage aan de ontwikkeling en implementatie van het HSE beleid en initieert nieuwe HSE initiatieven en verbeterplannen. Je beheert de verschillende veiligheids, milieu en digitale zorgsystemen. Je plant, registreert en bewaakt HSE inspecties, KPI s, persoonsgebonden metingen en acties uit de RIE (Risico-Inventarisatie en Evaluatie). Je bent medeverantwoordelijk voor het verzamelen, bijhouden en opvolgen van HSE beleidsgegevens en prestatie indicatoren. Je organiseert en neemt deel aan HSE-vergaderingen en verzorgt de verslaglegging. Je beheert en borgt het preventiebeleid voor zware ongevallen. Je coördineert interne en externe auditprogramma s, waaronder audits en controles in het kader van ISO 9001
