Bij Ballast Nedam Industriebouw in Rotterdam ben jij hét aanspreekpunt voor veiligheid, gezondheid en milieu. Wat ga je doen Als HSE‑projectmanager in ons kantoor in Rotterdam stuur je een team van drie tot vier veiligheidskundigen aan en zorgen jullie samen dat het projectteam wordt ondersteund in het behalen van de VGM‑doelstellingen. Je creëert draagvlak, adviseert en motiveert teams om een veilige, gezonde en prettige werkomgeving te realiseren. Jij bent het aanspreekpunt voor veiligheid, gezondheid en milieu op projectniveau en geeft samen met je team invulling aan het HSE‑beleid en de projectvisie. Vanuit kantoor ondersteunen de HSE‑ en QAQC‑manager jullie met beleid, richting en de benodigde tools. Je stelt HSE‑plannen, RI&E's en werkvergunningen op, implementeert deze en bewaakt de naleving van veiligheids‑, gezondheids‑ en milieurichtlijnen. Je signaleert en analyseert (bijna-)incidenten, rapporteert bevindingen en initieert verbetermaatregelen. Daarnaast coördineer je toolboxmeetings, trainingen en instructies voor projectteams en contractors. Je adviseert projectmanagement over risico's, compliance en verbeterkansen en stimuleert actief een proactieve veiligheidscultuur en een georganiseerd, conform werkterrein.
