The posting

Jouw taken en verantwoordelijkheden hierbij zijn:

Veiligheid:

Je ontwikkelt en implementeert beleid, detecteert risico’s, lost problemen op en zorgt ervoor dat iedereen veilig en kwaliteitsvol kan werken. Je werkt nauw samen met verschillende teams. Je beheert en verbetert het bestaande HSE-beleid en voert risicoanalyses uit. Je stelt opleidingsplannen op en volgt ze actief op. Je coördineert veiligheidstrainingen en bewaakt de naleving van alle voorschriften en wettelijke eisen. Je onderzoekt incidenten, rapporteert bevindingen en implementeert preventieve maatregelen.

Kwaliteit:

Je analyseert kwaliteitsproblemen – intern én bij leveranciers – en zoekt naar duurzame oplossingen. Je bent zichtbaar op de werkvloer: je observeert, test en stuurt bij waar nodig. Je werkt nauw samen met R&D, Aankoop, Productie en Aftersales. Je beheert milieuaspecten volgens ISO 14001 en zorgt voor de naleving van milieuwetgeving. Je voert proactief audits, controles en werkvloerinspecties uit. Je maakt kwaliteitsdoelstellingen tastbaar via KPI’s en inspirerende voorbeelden. Je implementeert kwaliteitsbeheersystemen (QMS) volgens de sector- en bedrijfsnormen. Je houdt bedrijfsvergunningen up-to-date en coördineert vernieuwingen en nieuwe aanvragen. Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de directie.

Je hebt een bachelor of master in een technische richting of gelijkwaardige ervaring. Je beschikt over een attest Preventieadviseur Niveau 2 (verplicht). Je hebt ervaring in een soortgelijke functie. Je denkt analytisch, handelt praktisch en hebt een echte hands-on mentaliteit. Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en beschikt over een basiskennis Frans om met de mensen op de werkvloer te praten. Je werkt zelfstandig, maar weet anderen ook mee te krijgen in je verhaal. Je hebt kennis van ISO 9001, 5S, Pareto, Kaizen en Gemba. Ervaring met kwaliteitsaudits is een pluspunt.
